My wife and I live in Seattle, Washington. We have been blessed with 19 grandchildren. I have been buying and selling Real Estate in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years. My father also purchased and sold properties in the Northwest.

I have a Real Estate sales license. However, I'm not a real estate agent per se.
 On occasion, I will list a property for sale.

My business is buying houses for cash, and incorporating the houses into our rental program. I have the financial resources to close on any transaction that I may enter into.
