The way we establish the value of a property is to compile a comprehensive market analysis (CMA) of homes sold in the last 3-6 months in your neighborhood.
This tells us the range of value for a home in a given area. From this information we subtract the cost of improvements to bring the property to a marketable condition.
With this information we run the "RE Pro-3 Risk Program" This tells us the maximum amount we will pay for this property. With this program, we can establish the value of any property in the Pacific Northwest.
